About Us

Papa’s Pasta Co. began when our daughter, Mila, was born. Like so many new parents, we started paying closer attention to every ingredient we brought into our home. We wanted simple, nourishing food made with ingredients we could trust, but the pasta on grocery store shelves did not reflect the quality we were looking for.

So we decided to make our own.

What started as a way to feed our family quickly became a passion for honoring the traditional way pasta has been made for generations. Today we use organic whole wheat flour sourced directly from Italy, bronze cut every shape, and slow dry our pasta to develop the texture and flavor that only time can create. We also partner with local Texas farmers whenever possible because we believe great pasta starts with exceptional ingredients.

For us, luxury is not about being extravagant. It is about slowing down, choosing quality over convenience, and creating food with intention. Every batch we make reflects the values our company was built on, tradition, craftsmanship, and bringing people together around the table.
